Jill Stone, MS, OTR/L

  • Jill received her Occupation Therapist Assistant degree from Community College of Rhode Island and became licensed as a COTA in 2011.  Jill’s 10 years of experience includes early intervention, pediatric outpatient clinics and over 7 years in behavioral/alternative schools.

  • Jill went on to earn her Master’s in Occupational Therapy degree from Bay Path University in 2019.  She was part of the excelled (hybrid) bridge program going from Associates to Masters in 3 years.  Her fieldwork included Butler Hospital and the Attleboro School Dept.  Jill is currently licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.   Jill has worked with individuals throughout the lifespan, although her heart resides with the pediatric population.

  • Jill’s passion is working with the kids, seeing their success and accomplishments through their eyes, is what brings her joy.  The smile on their face when they realize they can do something that was challenging before is beautiful.  “Every child has a special gift.  I feel it is my job to bring it out of them so they can show the world.”

  • Jill’s clinical interests are sensory processing integration, self-regulation, ADHD and generalized developmental delays.   Her philosophy is to bring out the best qualities of a child so they can be the best person they can in their daily lives.

  • When Jill is not working, she is either swimming or taking photos of everything this weird world offers.  Jill especially enjoys spending time with her partner, family of choice and laughing with friends.
